What makes you think it's Canadian?  The speedo is definitely in miles so I'm saying American sold.
Maybe it's just the Frog name of the seller you're commenting on.  :confused2:

My 1979 plain jane Cutlass had a miles only speedo. 
Working at dad's speedo shop it got upgraded to a 1980 unit with trip and kmh.
Only problem was the  peg @ 85 mph.   >:(

350 TBI Olds in all of the 76-79 boxy Sevilles.
