This looks like one that Steve Plunkett (colour aside) has. Apparently only 10 were made by GM for their execs at the '69 Indy 500.

It's the only other '69 I've ever seen with the seat heater option. I had it in my '69, and when the heater went out in Joisey one winter when I was there, that thing sure helped to keep you warm.
