My cousin is selling his awesome F-250 Super Duty. He's owned it since 1999. If it was a 2wd I'd by it myself. He just bought a 2012 F-350 to replace it.
If you know anybody looking for a nice work or hunting truck, this is it.

Nice looking truck. Myself, I think he's a little high on the price for a 21 year old truck. But, a clean truck like that can command a decent price. He has the good PowerStroke in that one, the 7.3L. The 6.7 seems to have an unhappy customer base.
I'll disregard the above posted picture.
Price seemed high to me, too but I don't know what heavy duty, F-250s go for. Compared to $70,000 for a new one, $18k doesn't seem too bad.
I'm thinking $12-$15k maybe?
I'm trying to figure out what could have happened on that truck. The rear wheels are not aligned either. So did it hit a low barrier at speed?

There's $70 grand down the drain.
Same thing happened to me in a 1977 Honda CVCC. I hydroplaned on oil and slid off the road. The right front wheel hit a culvert and ripped the cv axle out of the transmission and the transmission right out of the engine. I flipped over and landed on the roof. I had only been going about 45mph.

Texan or not, bet he needed to replace his panties after that escapade.
And clean a lot of horse manure too. :Muttley:
My questions are:
How fast was he going?
Was he paying complete attention to his driving having 10,000# hooked to the truck?
Who knows? A blowout on a front tire at 50mph with that much weight is probably not easy to control.
Funny. Forrest tried posting this Furd @ MCLC and the software didn't like that.
That's not the message I got. I got a different one after the post. I can't even get on the site, now. By that I mean it won't even load on my computer. All other sitres work fine, however.
It's like this site, waaaaaaaaay behind on it's updates.
Tried again to get on the site but I can't.
I just tried again to get to modified with a different browswer and I get the "page cn't be displayed message."
Got to the mobo just fine.
Cannot get to Modified homepage or modified forum page.
The connection has timed out
The server at www.modifiedcadillac.org is taking too long to respond.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
It must be you. I got there instantaneously. I won't log in because I vowed on that board to never go there again because it's infested with CLC people that have no sense of humor whatsoever.
But why can I get on every other site in my favorites menu except the two modified sites?
Two modified sites? What is the other one?
The forum and the home page with all the links to docs and articles, etc.
Just rebooted the puter and tried again. No luck. Every other site comes up just fine.
Did you clear the cookies?
No.
I went to the forum as usual and made a post. I then got an error message from the site itself saying there was an error in posting.
I tried to send the admins a note as instructed in the error message but that, too failed.
I closed the site and attempted to return but am still unable to even get to it. Both browsers are unable to display the page.
You should go into your browser settings and try clearing the cookies. This will not loose your bookmarks, but anything that autocompletes will be lost (such as if your passwords autocomplete when you go to a site). For example you will have to log in to this site with your password again. But it often clears up bugs like what you are describing.
I was just able to get back on the site and repost. Who knows what was going on?
Your login probably sends a note to the TassHole.
Not a clue why the site wouldn't load for you.
I had no issues.
Your first post seam to have bee corrupted.
The attachment is there but something is messing with the script.
I need to figure out what and clean it up.

Neither is behind. Both are on the latest patches for SMF 1.1.
I purposely didn't move to 2.0 as I don't like the changes.
If you (or the MCLC leadership) want it, I'll move the respective forum to 2.0.
1.1 was just officially EOL'd on Mar 23.
There are some unofficial patched I'm hoping will be released that will allow use if newer backend software (MySQL and PHP).
