Russ-tick? Looks pretty good, but the rust Many flower cars were not undercoated When they sit outside a while, they get "eat-up"

Typical Northeast, "rust-belt" car.  The asking price is for a pristine car, not that one.

Almost any flower car has rust unless it has been restored. Always look especially careful underneath before buying.
