A German guy on the Toronado forum posted this:

a dear friend of mine owns several classic US vehicles, one of them is a 1950 Cadillac 4-door limo, Series 62.
We cannot locate a proper cylinder head (driver's side) as a replacement for the cracked one that he removed. The Cad still has the original engine.
The casting number shows 1454022-3
In case you know Cadillac buffs who might have a spare cylinder head (we would buy for both sides) or could lead to a source we would be more than happy.
Pls contact me at
michaelwoenne@yahoo.com
I have PayPal for a smooth transaction, all fees would be covered.
As long as this ad is unaltered, we did not find a replacement cylinder head.
Thank you very much for your help, it is appreciated very much.
Regards
Michael

It's hard to win an argument with a smart person, but it's damned near impossible to win an argument with a stupid person.

Those Krauts and Swedes own all of our old Cadillacs. They seem to be rolling in dough.
